added checks for all the servers to verify what they are giving us.  also added more bad image sizes to the list.
it is all commented out now.  uncomment all the new stuff it the download function to use it.

All language files should now be encoded in UTF-8, unicode fix option was removed, fixed slowdown for large fonts loaded from SD, small changes in game info page, merged XML database changes to trunk (see log for rev536).
