fix94.1 5843737575 -recompiled a few libs with devkitppc r25

-fixed dumping gamecube games to ntfs, general
dumping progress is maybe a bit slower now on
all partition types (using fwrite instead of
fseek now, seems like libntfs dont like fseek)
