fix94.1 76cea9fa42 -updated fceugx to mod9, now it is usable for other loaders

as well because arguments now can also be which channel to
return to and loader name, the usb hdd will now get a ping
every 30 seconds, otherwise it may happens that it shuts down

Moved _initAsyncNetwork so it starts when the program starts. This way wifi-gecko is connected earlier and you can see the initialization messages.
