fix94.1 7aac10d1ec -using force cIOS detection again, should fix problems with some

fucked up cIOS maps
-changed the AUTO IOS selection again, if the game doesnt need
IOS57 it will just use the currently loaded cIOS instead of a
IOS56 based one

Moved _initAsyncNetwork so it starts when the program starts. This way wifi-gecko is connected earlier and you can see the initialization messages.
