Add credits and normalize resolution presets I searched through quite a bit of commits to properly credit some packs. Some of the credits are based off memory. Update all non-shader graphic packs to version 4 They don't need shader fixes for Vulkan so it should be safe updating the number 2019-11-17 08:56:07 +01:00			`version = 4`
