Prevents any undefined behavior caused by these packs

Why is WWHD timed by 2 for everything except for main resolution?

[WWHD] [XCX] [MK8]  21:9 shadows should still scale to pow2  or they
will flicker. Fixed by scaling both X and Y to Y value.
[XCX] further 21:9 late game fixes

tweak colour logic
Destructive operations (truncation) should be performed as late as
possible

Fix missing AO on high res
Light bleed fix offsets the scaling
* Any sub res should scale x2
* Any actual tv res fx should not

Doesn't have any camera bugs anymore so made everything on by default.

2df7de5f3e Reverting some of Slashiee's changes
Now that we have Rajkosto's check, removing the unnessecairy checks in the files themselves. Didn't change other changes that commit made.
