7f0f11866c Mario kart wheel support. 
Yes, this is the silly feature of the day: Allow wiimote orientation control
the horizontal joystick control. Useful (well, somewhat) in games such as
stunt car racer. This is also selectable from the menu now

98ffa7956f Correct the chipset setup. The problem was that the chipset setup is a 
mask - so AGA should be 7, i.e., OCS | ECS | ECS DENISE | AGA. Also use
symbolic names from UAE for these. AGA now works well enough to play roadkill.

43c01039d9 Correct handling of the nunchuk and classic analogue controllers 
(conflict with the dpad). The dpad is now mapped to the last axis + 1/2
(might be a problem for GC?). Update changelog

402438e425 Enable building of filesys on the wii. Note that this needs some workarounds 
which are probably broken (see sysdeps.h). Also fix ST_ISDIR macro (mode)
in filesys.c. I have not tested anything of this.

b6392e0e08 Let these be in uaerc. There is some problem here which I can't figure out, but 
FOLs uaerc seems to work well, so keep the default config there. Something
might end up here some day though!

e5ca95bb38 Allow binding keys with the virtual keyboard. This is not tested on actual 
hardware yet, but I believe it will work. It simply updates the configuration
file with another binding (where the name is returned by the virtual keyboard)
