Finally got towards implementing these to the repo.
Other packs have fixed names, to fit in line with the other packs. Also have unnecessary stuff removed

-Adds High Res shadows for Twilight Princess (found by Esppiral)
-Adds High Res shadows for SM3DW (found by Dario FF)
-Removes High Res TP shadows from Quality
-Adds Low Res SM3DW shadows to Preformance

Preformance won't actually help much unless it's a GPU bottleneck.
